On April 8, 2023, at 0001 hours 1525 Aquarena Springs Dr. (Shell Superstop) called to report a vehicle theft.

The person of interest is pictured here. He is a Hispanic male mid 20s wearing red taped slides, white loose pants, white hoodie, a brown/tan letterman style jacket with a letter on the right elbow area.

He almost struck 4 different people in the San Marcos Square area before going the wrong way up Guadalupe St. and ditching the vehicle behind Butler Hall.

Kyle Police Department Requests Assistance in Aggravated Robbery Suspects
KPD 2023-10539

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the Kyle Police Department are requesting your assistance in identifying the suspect involved in an Aggravated Robbery case KPD 2023-10539).

On April 10, 2023, at roughly 10:00 PM, four individuals arrived and entered Mr. Gatti’s Pizza in Kyle, Texas.  All subjects were said to wear gloves, face coverings, and, of the four subjects, three were armed with a firearm (two handguns and one semi-automatic rifle).  One of the actors drew down on and chased after the workers as they fled before leaving with the till drawer.  Subjects are believed to have been operating a light-in-color vehicle, possibly a white SUV.

San Marcos Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Theft of Property $750-$2,500 Suspect
SMPD 2023-12543

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the San Marcos Police Department are requesting your assistance in identifying the suspect involved in a Theft of Property $750<$2,500 case (SMPD 2023-12543).

On April 1, 2023, at approximately 2:10pm, the pictured male, entered the DC Wireless Cricket store located at 1941 S. IH 35 Ste. 109 San Marcos, Texas.  He was interested in getting 2 iPhone 14 Pro Max cell phones. This male was also interested in a case for one of the phones. When the employee was talking with the man, he had placed the phones and he believed the case on the counter. At approximately 2:20pm the suspect grabbed the phones from the counter and started running towards San Marcos Parkway.

Kyle Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Burglary of a Vehicle and Credit Card Abuse Suspect
KPD 2023-09431

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the Kyle Police Department are requesting your assistance in identifying the suspect involved in a Burglary of a Vehicle and Credit Card Abuse case (KPD 2023-09431).

On March 31, 2023, at roughly 5:00 AM, the pictured male was checking the door handles of tenant’s garages at a local apartment complex. After finding an unlocked door, he entered and removed a wallet (containing several debit cards) from an unsecured vehicle. He then went to a nearby gas station where he started using the stolen cards.

The suspect is described as a White or Hispanic male with dark colored hair.  He was seen wearing a two-tone, long sleeve shirt with black jeans, and gray sneakers. He was also seen wearing a two-tone trucker cap and smoking a cigarette/mini cigar.

The suspect was seen driving a white SUV (possibly 2013 – 2015 Lexus RX350). There is a noticeable gap between bumper and driver side fender. The vehicle is equipped with a sunroof and possibly a tow hitch. There was also a placard hanging from review mirror and no front license plate.

San Marcos Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Felony Theft of Property Suspects
SMPD 2023-10772 and SMPD 2023-10773

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the San Marcos Police Department are requesting your assistance in identifying suspects involved in two recent felony theft cases (Theft=>$750<$1500 [SMPD 2023-10772] and Theft=>$1500<$30,000 [SMPD 2023-10773]).

On 03/12/2023 and 03/18/2023 at approximately 1240 hours, the pictured males, entered the Calvin Klein outlet store located at 3939 S. IH 35 #1390 San Marcos, Texas.  The two males entered the store and concealed multiple pieces of merchandise in the bags that they were carrying. They then exited the store without paying for the concealed merchandise.

On February 13, 2023, between at approximately 5:00 am, two male subjects cut a lock and made entry into a business located at 721 Rhode Road, Kyle, Texas and stole construction equipment including a 2021 JLGT500 Boom Lift VIN# 0030013220, along with a generator.

The suspect vehicle shown is a white Ford F250/ F350, 4 door, long bed work truck, the second picture is the stolen boom lift being towed by the suspect(s).

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the San Marcos Police Department are requesting your assistance in gathering information on a recent Credit Card Abuse and Burglary of a Vehicle investigation (SMPD Case #2023-02675).

On Wednesday, January 18, 2023, between 12:30pm and 1:30pm, an unknown subject burglarized a vehicle in the 2000 block of Hunter Road San Marcos, Texas. At 1:36pm, the male subject seen in the photographs provided, attempted to use multiple credit cards/debit cards belonging to the victim to purchase gift cards at the Target located at 700 Barnes Drive San Marcos, Texas.

IH35 Ste. 660 San Marcos, Texas.  These females stole several Coach Handbags valued at over approximately $14,500.00. These three females are associated with an older model, white Honda four-door sedan. The license plates were bent upwards to render them unreadable.

San Marcos Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Theft Suspects (SMPD 2023-05887)

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the San Marcos Police Department are requesting your assistance in gathering information on a recent Theft (Case # SMPD 2023-05887).

On February 7th, 2023 and February 11th, 2023 at approximately noon, the below pictured females, entered the Polo Ralph Lauren located at 3939 S. IH35 Ste. 165 San Marcos, TX.  These females stole several items of clothing valued at approximately $1351.50. The value of the theft that occurred on 02/07/23 is unknown at this time. These two females are associated with the younger male pictured below and an older lady. They drove away in a black Infiniti SUV with temporary tags (paper plates). Any help identifying the actors or associates would be greatly appreciated.

Hays County Sheriff's Office Requests Assistance in Identifying Aggravated Robbery Suspects (HCSO 2023-05390)

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the Hays County Sheriff's Office are requesting your assistance in gathering information on a recent Aggravated Robbery (Case # HCSO 2023-05390).

On January 31, 2023, at approximately 12:12 am, two armed subjects entered the Quik Trip Gas Station, located at 1108 Robert S Light, Buda, Hays County, Texas. The suspects stole money while aiming firearms at the store clerk. The firearms used were described as black, semi-automatic handguns.
 
  • Suspect 1 was observed wearing grey sweatpants, a black sweatshirt with a “Playboy Logo” on the back, and black and white colored slide-on shoes.
  • Suspect 2 was observed wearing black sweatpants, a black sweatshirt, and possibly Air Force 1 style black shoes.

The suspects fled the scene in a dark colored Suburban which was later recovered in Austin, Texas. It is believed at least three other individuals are involved in the commission of this offense, one of which has been identified as a juvenile.

Hays County Sheriff's Office Requests Assistance in Identifying Aggravated Robbery Suspects (HCSO 2023-08507)

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the Hays County Sheriff's Office are requesting your assistance in gathering information on a recent Aggravated Robbery (Case # HCSO 2023-08507).

On February 15, 2023, at approximately 8:45 P.M., three suspects, masked, & armed with two handguns and an AK47, entered the Burger King located at 15705 I.H. 35, Buda, Hays County, Texas, and committed an Aggravated Robbery.  The suspects were described as Black and/or Hispanic males, mid-teens to early twenties, tall, with slim builds.  The suspects left in a dark colored vehicle (possibly) prior to arrival of law enforcement.
 
  • Suspect 1 was described as a Black male, last seen wearing a green sweatshirt, black pants, and black/white shoes. He was armed with a handgun.
  • Suspect 2 was described as a Black male, last seen wearing a navy-blue sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes.  He was armed with an AK-47 style rifle.
  • Suspect 3 was described as possibly a Hispanic Male, last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, black Airforce 1 type shoes.  He was armed with a handgun with an extended magazine.

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the Hays County Sheriff's Office are requesting assistance in identifying a theft suspect.

On February 5, 2023, the subject pictured above stole a bicycle from the Poco Loco located at 798 High Rd., Kyle, TX 78640. He placed the bicycle in the truck pictured above before driving away. The truck appears to be a red 4-door Chevrolet or GMC. It has a large grill guard on the front, a drop hitch on the rear bumper, and is possibly lifted with over-sized after-market tires with black rims.

Kyle Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Theft Suspects (KPD 2023-02200)

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the Kyle Police Department are requesting assistance in attempting to identify theft suspects.

On January 13, 2023, three female suspects entered the Kyle Home Depot store (3730 Kyle Crossing) and passed the last point of sale with $1,643.06 worth of shingle-layment and synthetic roof underlayment without paying for the merchandise. The suspects have been involved in a string of recent Home Depot thefts from North Austin to San Antonio. The suspect seen pushing the merchandise out of the store has been identified.

In the late evening hours of February 1st, 2023, several suspects burglarized unlocked vehicles in a subdivision in Buda, TX.  The two vehicles depicted here, a black Suburban and a silver car, possibly Honda, were used by the suspects to commit the burglaries.

San Marcos Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Suspects in Construction Material Theft
(SMPD 2022-70697)

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the San Marcos Police Department are requesting assistance in identifying suspects involved in a theft of construction materials.

On Sunday, December 25, 2022, unknown suspects stole rebar, valued at approximately $30,000 from a construction site in San Marcos, Texas. The semi is possibly an early - 2000’s Volvo VNL64T630 and is missing the right portion of its front bumper. There was rebar on the trailer upon their arrival, possibly indicating prior thefts in other jurisdictions. The semi was accompanied by a black, lowered Chevrolet Silverado and a white Ford F series, which acted as lookouts.

San Marcos Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Robbery Suspects

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the San Marcos Police Department are seeking assistance with identifying the suspects pictured below.

On 12/02/2022 at approximately 2:37am, three male subjects committed Robbery while in the 300 blk of N LBJ Drive (area of the Blind Salamander Cantina).  Suspect #1 (multi-colored beanie) first struck the victim, who immediately fell to the ground.  Suspect #2 (red in color dreads or braids and a multi-colored hooded jacket) struck the victim an additional time while they were lying on the ground.  While the victim was on the ground following being assaulted by two people, suspect #3 (dark beard), removed the victim's wallet and removed several items from it.  While the victim's wallet was getting rifled through, suspects #1 &2 began taking videos/photos of themselves standing over the victim.

On 12/20/2022 at approximately 11:52am, the below pictured actor, walked out of the Nike Store Outlet store located at 3939 S. IH 35 Ste. 798 without paying for any of the items he is seen carrying in the picture below. The actor stole 4 pairs of Nike shoes and a Nike t-shirt. He appears to have a tattoo on his left temple. He used a U-Haul pickup truck as a getaway vehicle, no license plate was obtained.

Kyle Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying

Suspects fled in the victim's white 2018 Toyota Camry (TXLP: PXH8427). The victim was able to track the phone’s location and it was last pinging in the Bastrop/Cedar Creek-area.

Suspect 1 is described as a Hispanic male, possibly in his mid 20s to early 30s; bearded with curly hair; and was displaying a gun from backpack.  Suspect 2 is described as a Hispanic male possibly early to mid-20s with a slender build.  These suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.
