
Hays County Crime Stoppers and the San Marcos Police Department are requesting your assistance in identifying the suspect involved in a Theft of Property (SMPD 2023-16649 and SMPD 2023-80000039).
On Monday, May 1, 2023, at approximately 3:50pm, the subject pictured took a pair of sunglasses from the Gucci store and walked out of the store with no attempt to pay for the item. He then was seen at approximately 4:00pm in Ulta store with the sunglasses he had just stole. He then took multiple items from Ulta by placing them in a bag and walking out the store with no attempt to pay for the items.
The male subject was seen leaving the area in a suspected Lexus RX350 with no front plate and a covered rear plate.
The suspect is described as a white male, 36-50 years old, 5’9” to 6’0” tall, large build, approximately 260lbs., blonde hair, tattoos on both biceps. He was wearing a gray t-shirt with the word 'PELOTON' on it.
