Hays County Crime Stoppers and the Hays County Sheriff's Office are requesting assistance in identifying a theft suspect.

On February 5, 2023, the subject pictured above stole a bicycle from the Poco Loco located at 798 High Rd., Kyle, TX 78640. He placed the bicycle in the truck pictured above before driving away. The truck appears to be a red 4-door Chevrolet or GMC. It has a large grill guard on the front, a drop hitch on the rear bumper, and is possibly lifted with over-sized after-market tires with black rims.

Kyle Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Theft Suspects (KPD 2023-02200)

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the Kyle Police Department are requesting assistance in attempting to identify theft suspects.

On January 13, 2023, three female suspects entered the Kyle Home Depot store (3730 Kyle Crossing) and passed the last point of sale with $1,643.06 worth of shingle-layment and synthetic roof underlayment without paying for the merchandise. The suspects have been involved in a string of recent Home Depot thefts from North Austin to San Antonio. The suspect seen pushing the merchandise out of the store has been identified.

In the late evening hours of February 1st, 2023, several suspects burglarized unlocked vehicles in a subdivision in Buda, TX.  The two vehicles depicted here, a black Suburban and a silver car, possibly Honda, were used by the suspects to commit the burglaries.

It is believed the suspect possibly lives in the area.

San Marcos Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Suspects in Construction Material Theft
(SMPD 2022-70697)

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the San Marcos Police Department are requesting assistance in identifying suspects involved in a theft of construction materials.

On Sunday, December 25, 2022, unknown suspects stole rebar, valued at approximately $30,000 from a construction site in San Marcos, Texas. The semi is possibly an early - 2000’s Volvo VNL64T630 and is missing the right portion of its front bumper. There was rebar on the trailer upon their arrival, possibly indicating prior thefts in other jurisdictions. The semi was accompanied by a black, lowered Chevrolet Silverado and a white Ford F series, which acted as lookouts.

San Marcos Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Robbery Suspects

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the San Marcos Police Department are seeking assistance with identifying the suspects pictured below.

On 12/02/2022 at approximately 2:37am, three male subjects committed Robbery while in the 300 blk of N LBJ Drive (area of the Blind Salamander Cantina).  Suspect #1 (multi-colored beanie) first struck the victim, who immediately fell to the ground.  Suspect #2 (red in color dreads or braids and a multi-colored hooded jacket) struck the victim an additional time while they were lying on the ground.  While the victim was on the ground following being assaulted by two people, suspect #3 (dark beard), removed the victim's wallet and removed several items from it.  While the victim's wallet was getting rifled through, suspects #1 &2 began taking videos/photos of themselves standing over the victim.

On 12/20/2022 at approximately 11:52am, the below pictured actor, walked out of the Nike Store Outlet store located at 3939 S. IH 35 Ste. 798 without paying for any of the items he is seen carrying in the picture below. The actor stole 4 pairs of Nike shoes and a Nike t-shirt. He appears to have a tattoo on his left temple. He used a U-Haul pickup truck as a getaway vehicle, no license plate was obtained.

Kyle Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying
Aggravated Robbery Suspects
(KPD 2023-00805) 

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the Kyle Police Department are seeking assistance with identifying the suspects pictured below.

On January 8, 2023, the two males seen below approached the victim as he was leaving Ross (5086 Kyle Center Drive, Kyle, Texas), brandished a black pistol, and demanded his vehicle keys and cellphone. Suspects fled in the victim's white 2018 Toyota Camry (TXLP: PXH8427). The victim was able to track the phone’s location and it was last pinging in the Bastrop/Cedar Creek-area.

Suspect 1 is described as a Hispanic male, possibly in his mid 20s to early 30s; bearded with curly hair; and was displaying a gun from backpack.  Suspect 2 is described as a Hispanic male possibly early to mid-20s with a slender build.  These suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.

San Marcos Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Suspect involved in Invasive Visual Recording of Bath/Dress Room (SMPD Case #2022-00069897)

On 12/20/2022 at approximately 4:41pm, the below pictured male, entered the Target store dressing room area located at 700 Barnes Dr. San Marcos, Texas.  He placed his cell phone (camera lens side up) under one of the dressing rooms where a victim was completely nude. When the victim addressed the cellphone, a male voice said, “Thank you so much." The male then took off running and exited the store. Before the incident, he was seen walking around in the women’s undergarment section multiple times.

On December 19, 2022, officers with the Kyle Police Department arrested Marcus Anthony Junk in regard to the recent package thefts in the Kyle and San Marcos areas. He was arrested on unrelated warrants out of Hays County, Caldwell County, and Dallas County. Kyle Police Department has 3 warrants pending for him and Bastrop County has additional warrants being prepared as well.

On behalf of Hays County Crime Stoppers, we want to thank all of the citizens of Hays County for sharing the information regarding the package thefts, alerting delivery drivers, and being vigilant. A big thank you goes out to Kyle Police Department for apprehending this individual!

Hays County Crime Stoppers and Kyle Police Department are requesting your assistance in identifying a suspect seen stealing packages from houses in the Kyle and San Marcos areas.

On 12/10/2022, an unknown male was seen following delivery vehicles through neighborhoods and stealing packages from citizens' porches. Multiple houses were hit in Kyle and San Marcos on separate days within the last week. The suspect is in his late 20’s or early 30’s, light skinned white/Hispanic male with short dark hair, multiple tattoos on arms, is seen travelling solo. Suspect vehicle is a 2001, silver Lexus GS300, Mississippi LP: HAE8415 with broken/taped rear left passenger window, spoiler, multiple different colored (pink/black/gray) wheel rims/hub caps, damaged/worn front left quarter panel, sunroof, no front license plate. Dark colored soft-top Mustang has been seen in security footage travelling with Lexus and is possibly a scout vehicle.

Assistance in Locating Wanted Subject NBPD Case #22-48578

Hays County Crime Stoppers and New Braunfels Police Department are seeking your assistance.

On October 25, 2022, Erik Inchaurregui was involved in the shooting of a 15-year-old victim (NBPD Case# 22-48578). He is believed to be staying in the San Marcos, Texas area. A warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly weapon has been issued.

Erik is a drug user and known to carry firearms. He should be considered armed and dangerous. He has a red Ford F-150 and it is believed that he either hid the truck or changed the license plate to avoid detection (LP: RKV1719).

Robberies in San Marcos, Texas

Hays County Crime Stoppers and San Marcos Police Department are seeking assistance in identifying the suspect involved in two recent robberies in San Marcos, Texas.

Two robberies at 1420 Old Ranch Road 12 (7-11) have occurred in the past 2 weeks and it is believed to possibly be the same suspect.

The listed subject from store surveillance video wearing all black clothing is believed to be responsible for two separate robberies at a gas station in the 1400 block of Old Ranch Road 12. One robbery was on December 6, 2022 and the other was on December 15, 2022 around 3:30 A.M. In both incidents, the suspect fled the scene on foot and no vehicle description is known.

Hays County Crime Stoppers and Texas State University-San Marcos Police Department is requesting your assistance in identifying a suspect who burglarized the Endzone Complex at Bobcat Stadium in San Marcos, Texas between October 22 and 23, 2022.  The suspect caused damage inside the facility as well as taking various items.  Surveillance video captured images of a male subject in the facility.
