San Marcos Police Department Requests Assistance in Identifying Criminal Mischief Suspects (SMPD 2023-14748)

On June 28, 2023, Shane Alexander Mitchell and Eduardo Alexander Pena were arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief-MA in reference to SMPD case # 2023-14748. They are the 25th and 26th subjects arrested in 2023 associated with the Hays County Crime Stoppers program.

Hays County Crime Stoppers and the San Marcos Police Department are requesting your assistance in identifying the suspects involved in a Criminal Mischief (SMPD 2023-14748).
On Saturday, April 15, 2023, between approximately 2:00am and 2:30am, two males entered Aspire Apartments and vandalized property belonging to the complex. Neither subject resides at Aspire Apartments.
Suspect #1 is described as a white or Hispanic male, 18-22 years of age, brown curly/wavy hair, 160-
180 lbs., wears gold color chain necklace, and possibly a student at Texas State University-San Marcos.
Suspect # 2 is described as a white or Hispanic male, possibly 18-22 years of age, black/brown hair, 160-180 lbs., wears diamond-like studded earrings and gold color chain necklace, and possibly a student at Texas State University-San Marcos.
