Hays County Crime Stoppers is assisting the San Marcos Police Department in solving the following Robbery.

On Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at approximately 8:15pm, a robbery took place at the Townwood Apartment Complex, located at 520 Linda Drive in San Marcos.  The victim, a local pizza delivery person, was called to deliver a pizza to Townwood apartment 1708.  When the delivery person arrived, he found the apartment was vacant.  As he turned to return to his car, the delivery person was jumped from behind and assaulted by two males. During the assault, the two suspects forcibly took the pizza warmer bag from the victim.  He sustained minor injuries to his face and right side of his body resulting from the assault.  The two suspects were last seen running towards building 22 carrying the green pizza warmer bag.

The suspects were described as a Hispanic male wearing a white shirt and a black male wearing a purple shirt.  San Marcos Police Investigators believe that this robbery was premeditated since the pizza delivery request was made to a vacant apartment and the suspects were waiting for the delivery person to arrive.  Police need your help to identify the suspects before they commit any more robberies and victimize any other delivery persons just trying to make a living.
